The Rural Education Research and Implementation Center is committed to promoting adoption, quality implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based practices in rural schools and communities. Research targets each stage of the research process, including development, efficacy, effectiveness, and dissemination. The emphasis is on (a) identifying programs and practices that benefit children, youth, families, and schools in rural areas; and (b) maximizing uptake of effective programs and practices in rural areas.
